After the 4th week – Time I moved my ass!

The fourth week of my experiment is over and I got to the point when physical activity is necessary. Why? If it was enough just to eat and look in the mirror with satisfaction, life would be too easy! I reached the stagnancy point where my body is forcing me to do something more if I want to have my goals achieved. Yeah, so there is no better way to help my organism like listening to eat. That is why since the fifth week I start doing some basic workout sessions with free weights ad I increase the general level of activity. Before that, few words about the current situation. I took the measurements on Sunday 22nd, today we have Tuesday 24th and carb loading day for me. I feel fine all the time, my brain is functioning really well, it is really hard for me to get tired what I like because the workload I have had recently is huge! Both the nervous and gastrointestinal systems work perfectly on the low-carb and ketogenic in my case. I was a bit skeptical at first, but now I see that I couldn’t be more wrong. I fall asleep easily around midnight and wake up without any problems at 7.30am, sometimes even a minute or two before the alarm. As I mentioned before, today was another carb loading day based on:

  1. 3 fried eggs on clarified butter
  2. coffee with 2 pieces of lemon and chocolate cakes
  3. tomato soup with rice (made by my sweetheart – she really cares about me and I am so lucky to have her in my life!)
  4. 2 solid portions of home-made Taco Fries
  5. Ben&Jerry’s fudge brownie ice cream!
  6. 4 chocolate muffins
