After the 3rd week – Close to break the first crucial barrier!

The Internet is not down yet so did my best to sum up the third week for you. At first, I have to boast about my results! Yes, indeed. I am really close to breaking the first crucial barrier which is 90kg. I hope to achieve it by the end of the fourth week, but we`ll see. Everything has been looking great so far and as I have emphasized recently, can’t remember the last time I felt this way. Clear mind, better brain performance, more energy and physique improvement – I am honest! I am really surprised with the results just after 3 weeks, so can’t wait for the final results in December. I don’t imagine changing my nutrition scheme right now and I am seriously thinking about staying with this plan for a longer period of time. You can see below how the measurements look like now. I do the carb loading lading every 10 days, the last one was … yesterday. How did it look like? Ar first I ate a typical fat-protein diet for me, then about noon I had a coffee with a triple chocolate muffin, about 3 pm I ate my favorite taco fries, later on, I ate 4 pancakes with nut cream. At 8 pm I found some space in my stomach to just devour whole 500ml Ben&Jerry’s Belgian Chocolate jar! It the end, about two hours before going to bed there was a bowl of white rice with coconut yogurt, almond-coconut butter, strawberries, and blueberries! Doesn’t it sound tasty and delicious? :O yes, it does. And believe you me – without that crazy day, my body fat would never decrease. Everything will be explained at the end of this experiment. Now I am getting back to my girlfriend and we are going to observe Hurricane Ophelia that hit Ireland this morning. We tried to go for a short and quick walk just behind the corner of our building but it was impossible:O Now take a look at the results below taken yesterday morning before the carb loading.
