After the 2nd week – it’s ok, I`ll handle it!

The third week has begun and can easily say that I have never felt better. Even though the workload I have had is just terrible, my brain has been functioning great on ketones. I wish I had more time to relax and just do nothing but the reality is brutal and I need to stick to the pace I set myself. After the first carb loading evening on last Wednesday, it took me another 4 days to get back to the ketosis state. I am not surprised because I ate a lot sh** at that time what you can read about in the previous post. To be clear – the next carbohydrate evening will be less shocking for my body what you will be able to read next Sunday. Basic question – how do I feel? Great but I have been psychically exhausted after the whole working week. I am getting better now and decided to change my approach a bit – I stay focused and motivated yet going to spread my duties in time. In general, cutting off carbs gave me more energy and leveled up my concentration. I do not feel sleepy anymore, especially after meals. My body is asking me for less after 7-8 pm which is a normal process for a healthy organism. I easily fall asleep, my sleep is deep and I wake up rested. I will be honest – night regeneration was what I wanted to improve first of all! I managed to do it and I am happy for it! I will do the carb loading once in 7 o 10 days until I have achieved 16% body fat. Then I will load my body with carbs every 4-5 days and I will add physical activity to the schedule including both typical strength exercises and aerobic ones. I know that measurements are the most significant data you want to see so they go as follows:

08.10.2017 / 9:00 am

  • Age: 28
  • Height: 180cm
  • Body Weight: 91,4kg (last week: 92kg)
  • Body Fat: 19,0% (last week: 19,4%)
  • Body Water: 57,6% (last week: 58,2%)
  • Muscle Mass: 70,4kg (last week: 71kg)
  • Bone Mass: 3,6kg
  • Visceral Fat: 6 lvl (1-10)
  • BMI: 28,4 (last week: 28,4)
  • Metabolic Age: 28 years old
  • Waist Size: 97,5cm (last week: 97,5cm)

It does not look bad after taking really drastic carb loading into account. I am sure everything is going to improve really quickly because my body as already adapted to the regime I set down.  This is a matter of time my body changes itself into a fat burning machine and you will see how following stereotypes might be misleading. Stay tuned and give me more faaaaaaaaat!!!
